calmed down from getting angry

i am starting to read my meds

i did a stress test

got really angry

i healed calmed down

and found out meds lasted 10 mins

there is some issue with anger it cant seem to tame however i calmed down naturally i beleive i was off my meds.

i was making music and calmed down

on these antipsycotic calm down meds.
